RESPONSIBILITIES:�

To assist the purchasing Officer by filing LPO (local purchase Orders) in the QuickBooks System,
To follow suppliers and be able to find new sources if needed
Getting internal management validation before sending LPO to Suppliers
To follow Governance & group travel policy
To get green signal from Compliance department when necessary
To provide Monthly Dashboard by extracting data from QB system
To replace the Purchasing Officer during his absence or annual leaves
To provide Co2 emission per user
To ensure the follow up of Annual ticket purchased for Expatriates & To regularly update the allowance table for Annual tickets to HR Department
