Job Position – Purchase OfficerCompany Name – Unitek General ContractingLocation: Abu DhabiJoining Status : Immediate Joiners Preferred.REQUIREMENTS:-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.-Must have 3-5 years construction/fit out experience in GCC-Driving License is an added advantage.-Candidates must be available in UAEKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-Identify the materials, goods, and services required for construction projects based on the project specifications and budget.-Identify potential suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate prices and terms of purchase.-Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.-Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and to ensure that they meet quality standards.-Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure that materials and services are delivered on time and meet project requirements.-Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.-Manage and control inventory levels, and ensure that inventory is used efficiently and cost-effectively.-Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and new suppliers.-Resolve any issues or disputes that arise with suppliers or contractors.
