Public Relations OfficerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:•Maintain company vehicles list and renew all the vehicles upon expiry.•Responsible for payment of Traffic fines, Salik Charges and submitting reports to concerned department.•Process and coordinate with Labor & Immigration department for all activities related to obtaining, canceling and renewal of Labor Cards & Residence Visas and related issues to ensure uninterrupted legal/residence status for employees of the company.•Maintain and update all the information pertaining to passport, work permit, emirates id, residence visa and all related documents, to enable efficient management of related activities.•Renewal of all business and trade Licenses on time and and follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.•Processing of Power of Attorney, Online Appointment and other Transactions related to Judicial Department•Follow ups on all tasks assigned.
