Job Description

Position Title:ÿPublic Relations Officer (PRO)Employment Type:ÿFull TimeSalary:up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus company mobile and laptopJob Location:ÿAl Ain, UAEÿAbout the Client: A well-known cake shop in UAE with diverse end consumers and businesses

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government authorities and regulatory bodies in the UAE.
  • Coordinate and handle all government-related documentation, permits, and approvals. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Manage the visa and immigration process for employees and visitors, and handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal and official documents, including licenses, contracts, and permits.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services between Arabic and English languages. Assist with communication and documentation processes involving government authorities, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Assist employees with various administrative tasks, including labour contracts, labour cards, and health insurance. Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
