Oversee the production of proposals, including desktop publishing, proofreading, editing, printing, and binding.
Manage proposal efforts with discipline engineers, contracts, and other relevant heads of sections and executives, as well as subconsultants.
Extract project scopes, milestones, resources, and cost sources from RFPs, pricing invitations, and contractual documents, including receiving, reviewing, and extracting all necessary information from potential clients.
Control and monitor the status of proposal development-related documents for completeness and compliance with RFP requirements achieving the best discriminating presentations.
