We are currently hiring a professional Team Leader with A Real Estate background .PURE HOME REAL ESTATE - Abu Dhabi - UAEJob duties: -

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
Achieving Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Relaying information from upper management to department staff about sales quotas to divide among Sales Representatives.
Apprise and monitoring the sales team
Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend
Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market
