We are hiring an Executive Director for Real Estate Management Department position in our company. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following tasks working in Real Estate management company:? Planning.? Budgeting.? Real estate property management?Property InvestmentsGeneral Description Of Role And Responsibilities:? Excellent understanding of the local real estate market especially Abu Dhabi.? Experience in real estate market trends and evaluate investment opportunities.? Experience in preparation of feasibility studies.? Ability to prepare case studies and present to management.? Understanding of facilities management operations and cost analysis.? Provide competitive analysis on various companies? market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models.? Ability to conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities.? Ability to optimize costs and initiate operational cost savings.? Support division?s land acquisition efforts with detailed market research to understand the opportunities and risks associated with the potential project.? Experience in planning various activities in property management.? Analyze data and estimate projected revenues.? Making estimations for timescales and costs.? Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.? Presentation skills such presenting projects to our clients.? Preference for candidates that have worked for large real estate developers or real estate consulting firms in UAE.? Excellent communication skills.
