  • Support the Property Manager with the administrative functions associated with the position.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries by phone and/or email.
  • Coordinate maintenance repairs with Facility Management team.
  • Develop and monitor rent collection processes on a timely basis.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for the management.
  • Prepare lease summaries for new tenants.
  • Preparing and update Property Management agreements and reports on a periodic basis.
  • Process claims assignments and referrals.
