Full job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in the UAE. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a basic salary plus commission.Responsiblities:

  • Prospect potential clients and leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify properties for sale or rent.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients, providing them with detailed information about the properties.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinate property closings, ensuring all necessary documents are in order and facilitating a smooth transaction process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, marketing professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure optimal client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
