We are hiring Real Estate Agent/Property Consultant/Sales Manager in Abu Dhabi.The Property Consultant is responsible to pursue new business for generating revenue while actively maintaining relations with established clients towards generating future business transactions and support the overall operations of the CompanyDuties and Responsibilities:Achieve assigned revenue targetsAdvertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activitiesScreening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirementsCompleting lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable feesGenerate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a propertyDevelop a competitive market price by comparing propertiesShow properties to potential buyers and rentersFacilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are metPromote properties with ads, listings, and open housesEnsure all leads and enquiries are attended to as per best customer service practicesBenefits: Health Insurance and Company Visa.Its Commission based Job
