Job Description

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for each project, as well as managing the financial aspects of the construction process.Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  3. Manage and track project costs, including monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports.
  4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  5. Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
