Project Manager – Maintenance Fire SystemsThis job is specific to multiple disciplined experience with Mechanical, E&I & Civil along with Fire Systems, candidate must have a least 10+ years of experience in Proven skill in Preparing Tenders Oil & Gas and DOE in relations to Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting and Fire and Gas.Roles and responsibilities: •Good hands-on maintenance experience in al Fire Systems, such as Fire & Gas, Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Water Systems-Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting.•Prepare and implement PPM Schedules of all site activities - Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting and Fire and Gas teams.•Preparing MTO and Estimates, prepare Technical & Commercial Bids.•Attendance of KOM, actively participate in progress meetings.•Assist HR in Interview/recruitment and mobilization of required projects staff.•Day to day follow up on Various Maintenance of Various contracts and reports preparation.•Materials submittals, ordering, management of stocks in line with all project’s requirements.•Timely invoicing and receivable follow pm maintain good contacts/relationship with client.•KPI & HSE quality•Site Survey attendance & Data collection, site visit report•Well versed with NFPA and local UAE Codes and practices.Workshop Coordination Activities:•Refilling Gas cylinders FM 200/Novac•Refilling & Hydrotesting Extinguishers•Valve Refurbishment Company Profile GISCO is one of the leading UAE-based contractor and facilities management services provider capable to undertake a wide range of challenging projects and proud to have made a significant contribution to the growth and prosperity of the country.
