úÿÿÿÿOrganize the work for the Project team in the various phases of a Project including various procedures Quality & Execution Plan. Attend Kick off meetings & prepare MOM etc.úÿÿÿÿResponsible for managing a project work package within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver specified requirements and functionality to meet customer satisfactionúÿÿÿÿProvide leadership and direction for the duration of the Project CycleúÿÿÿÿLiaising with Planning, Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, QC, Safety and MaintenanceúÿÿÿÿDepartments to ensure that resources are available as required for the projectúÿÿÿÿDevelop project execution plan and strategy for each projectúÿÿÿÿLead the project management team for completion of projects within schedule and in budgetúÿÿÿÿTeam management of over 100 Engineers & StaffúÿÿÿÿPrepare & Issue technical summary & technical risks anticipated to managementúÿÿÿÿResponsible for monitoring the day to day running of the work progress and scheduleúÿÿÿÿExpedite with vendors, subcontractors & Client for various activitiesúÿÿÿÿCoordinate work with other team members. Ensure all work package requirements are properly documented according to the relevant parts of the contract documentsúÿÿÿÿEnsure timely activity, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirementsúÿÿÿÿReport progress and forecast final targetsúÿÿÿÿDocument, ensure approval of, and track all changes in work package parametersúÿÿÿÿDocument all obstacles and delays, and recommend corrective measuresúÿÿÿÿEnsure that company Operation procedures and project specific procedures are understood and adhered to by concernedúÿÿÿÿEnsure projects adhere to Quality & HSE System requirementsúÿÿÿÿInterface coordination with PMC & Client with regards to various issues.úÿÿÿÿInterpretation of plans to ensure effective coordination between all Project functionsúÿÿÿÿReview and monitoring of progress reports and productivityúÿÿÿÿBringing events that may cause schedule slippage to the notice of the Project team and Functional departments in a timely mannerúÿÿÿÿManage project changes and variations controlúÿÿÿÿLiaising with Planning, Engineering, Procurement Fabrication, QC, Safety and Maintenance Departments to ensure that resources are available as required for the projectúÿÿÿÿEnsuring that as built information is supplied to Engineering Department in a timely mannerúÿÿÿÿProject controls and reports, Expediting the lagging activitiesúÿÿÿÿLiaise with client on all matters relating to the project including overall progress, approval of documents, client?s obligations and progressúÿÿÿÿChampion the consistent use of delivery tools/processes which ensure that all parties have an agreed understanding of the project and their part within itúÿÿÿÿPrepare Project Procedures, Quality & HSE plans & Issue the project program/ ScheduleúÿÿÿÿCoordinate & control for PTW / work permits & Shut down/turnaroundsúÿÿÿÿEnsure that cost and work-hours are properly monitored, reported and take preventive / corrective action where necessaryúÿÿÿÿReview client?s documentation for acceptability. Co-ordinate with client for missing data/information through RFIsúÿÿÿÿCompletion of project within the time, cost, safety, and other stated performance parametersúÿÿÿÿdelivering superior value to the client and lowering total cost.úÿÿÿÿDevelop close out reports projects with lessons learnt ad share it with project team. Archive the same for future reference
