Project ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEJob Details :•Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil/Architecture.•PMP, IPMA Certification.•Not less than 15 years of relevant experience in the construction supervision field.•Not less than 7 years of experience in a similar position in the consultancy field.•Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.•Excellent skills in: Project Management, Contract Management, risk management, change management, Project Cost Controlling, Project Cost Allocation, Lean Management, Budget Allocation, reporting, planning.•Well-versed with Local & Federal Authority Rules and Regulations, and Civil Engineering Codes as well.•Excellent command of Electronic Document Management Systems such as ACONEX or equivalent.•Working knowledge and experience with Project Management platforms/software.•Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.•Basic knowledge of infrastructure works.•Maintain strict confidentiality of project-related information.
