Project ManagerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of high-rise building projects, from planning and design to construction and handover.•Ensure project deliverables are met within budget, scope, and time constraints.•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.•Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.•Implement safety and quality control measures to meet industry standards.•Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.•Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules efficiently.•Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals.Job Details :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).•15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise building construction.•Extensive experience in the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).•Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.•Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.•PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
