Job Description

The Project Expediting Manager oversees and ensures the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for project completion. They coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to mitigate delays and maintain project schedules.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement expediting strategies to ensure on-time delivery of project materials and equipment.
  • Monitor supplier and contractor performance to identify and resolve potential delays.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to align delivery schedules with project timelines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for all expediting activities.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to track order statuses and resolve issues.
  • Evaluate supply chain risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements.
