Job Description

About the position:To undertake the control of the water projects including participation in technical evaluation, following up project execution until completion and final appraisal of Consultants / Contractors and projects. Ensures adherence and compliance to all AADC/ AD Power set policies, procedures, rules and standards.What I will be doing:

  • Reviews design & drawings submitted by Contractors through the Consultants, ensuring their compliance with the agreed scope of work and specifications. Pinpoints any deviations / discrepancies and advises for remedial actions as necessary.
  • Follows-up outstanding works, faults and snag list during the one-year warranty period. Prepares, at the end of the warranty, the Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) documents following the same process and hand over concerned water project to the End User.
  • Has daily contacts with Colleagues within Water Projects Department to give work direction and guidance, exchange information, resolve issues and for work coordination.
