* Develop and review detailed engineering design deliverables for gas processing facilities (e.g., dehydration units, separators, compressors, heat exchangers, and piping systems).* Prepare and check design documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, equipment data sheets, line lists, and material take-offs.* Perform technical calculations and sizing for equipment and piping in line with project specifications and applicable codes (API, ASME, ANSI, etc.).* Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure design integration.* Assist in the preparation of engineering design packages for FEED and EPC stages.* Support 3D model reviews and ensure the design complies with HSE and operability standards.* Interface with vendors and manufacturers for equipment selection and design validation.* Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability assessments.* Ensure design activities stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.* Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, and construction phases.
