In a true collaborative leadership style, you will manage and coordinate all delivery functions ensuring that the plans meet design and construction objectives. Key areas include:Driving development and delivery performance so that all milestones are met or exceeded without compromising cost targets, safety, security or qualityDirectly managing key clients, consultants and/or contractors engaged in the design and supervision processPlanning and coordinating the operations infrastructure required for clients, consultants and contractors to function in a safe, secure, productive and collaborative environmentValidate project plans, budgets, performance status, forecast, trends, risks, and key decisionsProvide management and oversight of the project by ensuring that all objectives are being achieved including those related to cost, schedule, safety, quality, technology, security, logistics, and sustainabilityMaximizing utilization of our Global Design Centres as well as our global Subject Matter ExpertsHeres What Youll Need:As a successful candidate you will:You will have delivered projects across the full suite of infrastructure disciplines across the full design life cycle, taking a project from concept master planning design, through to detailed design.You will have experience in successfully managing subconsultants in project delivery, being able to engage, inspire and motivate to get the best results, and ultimately deliver in line with stakeholder expectationsMiddle East experience, in particular Saudi Arabia would be an advantage but is not a requirementDegree qualified in either Civil, Mechanical or Electrical or a similar Engineering discipline* Being a qualified member of a recognized institution or organization is advantageous (to include but not necessarily be limited to ICE, IMechE, IEE, PMP )Jacobs.
