  • Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO such as meetings, organization and management of calendar, logistics and other administrative tasks within projects
  • Handle all project coordination activities with various stakeholders including but not limited to local authorities, franchise teams, landlords / mall management, contractors; internal teams such as Finance, HR, PR and IT to ensure timely follow-up, feedback, communication and execution of existing and upcoming joint venture projects
  • Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO?s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships while providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team
  • Receive, review and negotiate estimates and to prepare variation orders if any on execution stage to ensure that the project stays within the approved budget
  • Liaise visits with the contractors to speed up the approvals process when required & influence them to get approvals for the contractor for difficult & important projects for timely completion of the project
