Job Description

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare project dashboard for monthly reporting and keep track of the agreed indicators
  • Monitor key performance indicators and success factors
  • Oversee, identify plan deviations, and recommend resolution for project manager.
  • Custodian of project meeting schedule and plan meetings coordinating all participants
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all major material packages are available when
  • needed for projects
  • Track project compliance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Custodian of Stakeholder Engagement Plan and flags actions ahead of time
  • Initiates project RFAs (request for authorization) as per manual of authority and work planProfessional Experience
  • Degree in Engineering
  • Qualified project services professional with about 10 years experience and good multi discipline
  • project execution knowledge, out of which 5 years in the ME region including KSA.
  • Experience in metal processing/recycling/refining industry will be of advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, good Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team leadership & coaching skills.
  • Preferred: International work experience in multicultural environment and accreditation from professional bodies.
  • Drive, energy, and proactive approach.
  • Systematic and organized with keen eye for details.
  • Self-driven and responsible - right first-time attitude
  • Strong skills in communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project finance process.
  • Aptitude for Learner Mindset.
  • Operating knowledge/skills in financial ERP will be of advantage.
  • Relevant experience in KSA is preferred but not essential.
