Continuously monitor and review the maintenance project schedules to ensure project activities are implemented in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Responsible for the effective planning, coordination, supervision, and execution of the maintenance project-related activities with the Contractor and work sites.
Accountability :
Prepare bid documents, participate in tender evaluations, kickoff meetings, and clarify issues about tendering process with Contractors.
Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract and design documents. To analyze the priority of activities and ensure timely completion of tasks as per defined procedures and standards.
To support the development, documentation, and communication of proper standard guidelines to relevant stakeholders and monitor their adherence to the work in a systematic and controlled manner.
Leadership,Budget and Cost control :
Assist the Section Head with the execution of the project within the approved budgetary limits and monitor the actual expenditure against the budget plan.
Provide effective leadership to build the project team and set individual objectives for subordinates development, motivation, and performance improvement to maximize the project performance.
HSE :
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the Project to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service, and a responsible environmental attitude.?Evaluate & recommend employees for training programs for skill enhancement to build a competent team.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering
Minimum experience: Above 10 years experience in major EPC and 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas Projects as Project Control/Project Engineer position.
