Job Description

Programme Design & Delivery Officer Programme Design & Delivery Officer Location: Abu Dhabi, AE #job-location.job-location-inline { display: inline; }SynopsisAssist line manager with end to end fulfilment process of EYG recognition, rewards, and virtual clubs. Includes system configuration relating to Tier management and virtual club processes. Execute assigned day-to-day tasks in compliance with established standards and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled, timely and consistent manner.Accountabilities

  • Configure loyalty systems in PPE and PROD environment to meet operational or change requirements.
  • Execution of user acceptance testing for customer insight and Adobe Campaign management testing to support communication triggers end to end flow and system upgrades
  • Process batch files for Airline Accruals, Enrolments, Tier upgrade, proactive pending accruals, virtual clubs, republish profile, Plusgrade and X/I/O activities.
  • Resolve BAU queries and / or retro claims received from CRM Services Team.
  • Ensure all technical integrations are well documented and updated as required to ensure business continuity.
  • Attend weekly or ad-hoc operational calls with vendors to constantly follow-up on reported system anomalies and bugs till resolution.
  • Work closely with Enterprise analytics to fulfil EY, EYG and virtual club campaigns. Ensure promotion miles to meet accrual and acquisition targets as well as agreed SLAs. Monitor ongoing promotions to ensure their running in line with the campaign briefs.
  • Process Tier requirements and Fast track request for Elite Tier members, along with requests received from internal stakeholders.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor?s degree in a numerate discipline, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum three years? experience in a loyalty program preferably within aviation industry. Prior experience in loyalty systems coupled with strong analytical skills is preferable.
