? To attend on daily basis work shop activities related to the machineries repair and breakdowns. To arrange for repairs as well as servicing maintenance of the machineries with related teams. ? To receive fax inquiries for the machineries hire and sending quotations and follow up the same. After approval and verifications sent to plant control department for necessary action to send machineries to client accordingly.? To discuss various matters with the clients for their requirements. ? To visit clients along with the financial controller for various issues related to COMPANY business. ? To review daily purchases of the company, approval of all the LPO?s, MRVs and requisition etc. whenever required negotiate the rates of supply of spare and other materials required to COMPANY.? Look after Other Branches business activities. ? Daily checking of official e-mails and reply accordingly. ? Over all looking after all the functions of COMPANY with co-ordination with various department of the smooth flow of COMPANY business. ? Approval of various matters submitted by the accounts department. ? Arrange periodical meetings with Bill collectors and accounts department to follow up the payment receipt etc. ? Time to time review of all business pending matters and settles down the same. ? Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities related to your jobs as deemed required by the company.
