Job Description

Production/ Project Manager?will report directly to the Company Director. This engineering position requires leading production/projects on process control of many surface treatments new and ongoing projects and the process will be extended to the application of the products, It is expected from the ideal candidate to increase material yields, reduce quality defects, and improve the productivity. Ideal candidate is expected to work with PM, Engineering, Sales team and close to safety and quality teams to further to adopt the new products and provide to best expectations from production. the current production lines are not limited to epoxy and powder coating, two components, thermoplastics and cold plastics and to oversee the overall process from production of surface treatment material to application and feedback.The general scope of work is to:

  • Establish safety procedures for those working with dangerous chemicals, follow HAZARD procedures
  • Conduct tests and monitor the performance of processes throughout productionTroubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes
  • Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulationsEstimate production costs for management?
  • Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes
Additional indicators:
  • Good team, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering and site problems
  • Good knowledge of and/or experience with tenders, shipment and clearing the material
