1. Production Manager is responsible to assist the General Manager in all production related activities2. Planning production activities as per orders and material availability & priorities3. Distribution of work orders to working groups, related production lines and follow up on completion and time management in the best possible manner.4. Monitor operator?s performance and productivity.5. Coordination with QC & on inspection requirements6. Coordination with the storekeeper on stock levels of material and finished items7. Arrange for orders delivery and packing and follow up on partial deliveries8. Maintain the housekeeping of the facility at all times9. Maintain a safe work environment for all factory personnel10. Maintain factory equipment and tools and spares for continual operation11. Updating and developing new methods of manufacturing activities, production machinery for continual improvements.12. Run the factory efficiently as a profit center (eliminate time & material waste/scrap)13. Advising management on deficiencies and resources requirements.IMS-QHSE Management System General Responsibilities:14. Responsible for identification of nonconformance related to the IMS-QHSE Management System, initiating Corrective & Preventive actions15. Participating in activities related to IMS-QHSE16. Provide support to QHSE team when required and participate in accident investigation17. Attend IMS-QHSE review meeting and present the performance on achievement of goals.18. Any other task that is assigned by GM.
