Job Description

Our ClientWe are working with an International Digital Consultancy.On their behalf we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct the product development at one of their strategic clients within the financial and blockchain space.Your Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Product Manager, you?ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish working directly in the client?s Product team as an augmented member.
  • To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to craft vision, drive alignment and ideation with senior stakeholders and various cross-functional teams.
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. Work with coordinating departments to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launch.
  • Manage and own product life-cycle from ideation to go-to-market approach as well
  • Lead product related operational activities, such as product analytics and insights, roadmap management, idea management, release management, reporting, capacity and budgeting Support and product processes
  • Help train product team in understanding and adopting product development methodologies and practices.
  • Build presentations, case studies, demos etc. to communicate vision and value to internal senior stakeholders
Your Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional (e.g. engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.) teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Experience in Fintech/Blockchain space
  • Evidence of strong leadership skills and creativity.
  • Full working proficiency in English
