Accountabilities:

Getting the scope sheet and all necessary information of the project from Account Managers
Editing and sending the correct scope to the correct testers/suppliers.
Ensuring correct days are received from the testers and then choosing the best offer.
Sending the complete internal scope sheet back to the Account Managers.
Checking availabilities of testers, account managers and clients to schedule scope calls, also ensuring attendees get the invites and accepted it.
Obtaining testers notes, scopes, and estimation after every scope calls.
Ensuring all scoped days and service details is properly logged in the databank.

Responsible for updating and maintaining the scope sheet
Win deals
Budget
For ensuring the data bank is correct and continually being improved
For updating and maintaining the PSL
Hiring new testers
Identify skills of service ? testers abilities
Internal testers calendar
Improving the proposal
Making sure the testers are correctly associated to the correct service
maintain a relationship with the testers and identifying what service they can provide
Creating and improving the call schedule process with testers
Understanding how suppliers codes work within sales and delivery
Updating AWS folder
