Liaise with the asset manager and core finance team to manage inventory operations and track inbound delivery of procurement.
Apply due diligence in the choice of new online vendors and consult with a related staff member when necessary to assess possible risks.

Develop and administer contract management plans, negotiate changes and modifications, supplier performance management, and compliance requirements through effective supplier relationships to enhance business outcomes.
Plan and lead contract negotiations in the establishment and review of supply arrangements to deliver value for money procurement outcomes.
Provide an audit trail for probity audit and procurement processes, decisions, and contractual arrangements.
Develop and/or assist in developing procurement policies, procedures, and guidance documents.

The Senior Procurement Officer is responsible for initiating and assisting in a wide variety of tasks related to the procurement of materials and services including purchase requisitions, vendor relations, bid summaries, contract execution, interviewing new suppliers, and assisting with audit preparations.
