1.Responsible for procurement of all products that are essential for company?s day-to-day operation.2.Review and analyze all potential vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options for comparison.3.Monitoring the stock level & Total Inventory and Supply management.4.Ensure purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents are in place and updated when required.5.Provide management reports and key performance data on regular basis.6.Manage relationships with suppliers and select and develop new suppliers.7.Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.8.Contract preparation and monitor order placement in the right time according to purchasing cycle.9.Maintain and update supplier database and their qualifications, price lists, lead time, payment terms etc.10.Record all correspondences with suppliers.11.Examine returned items for defects, and exchange defective items or refund money.12.Synchronize and coordinate works & activities with all other Sections / Departments such as Store, Accounts, etc.13.Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.14.Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.Working with team members to complete duties as and when needed.15.Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system/software required for Procurement.
