Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading businesses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Procurement Manager - Bids who will be responsible for interpreting client requirements and estimating the purchased costs of less critical categories and for more critical bid categories.<br /><br />-Clarifying client requirements into specifications for suppliers<br />-Obtaining & negotiating suppliers commercial proposals whilst managing contractual risks<br />-Delivering to client timescales during the bid and mobilization period<br />-Development of cost bench-marking to be used in bids<br />-Development of framework agreements to be used during bid phase<br />-Provides procurement support to and in line with the clients bid methodology.<br />-Provides the key interface between Business Development and Procurement.<br />- Captures the knowledge developed during the bid for reuse on similar future bids<br />- Responsible for procurement activity during mobilization of new awards<br /><br />Requirements<br />- 10+ years of overall experience; 5+ years of specific experience in a similar role.<br />- Has proven commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills<br />- Strong analytical skills<br />- Able to work both independently and as part of a team with the ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels<br />- Flexible and calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities<br />- Must have a flexible approach with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment<br />- Microsoft Office<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br /><br />
