Job Description

The Procurement Assistant plays a crucial role in the construction and building industry, particularly in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position involves supporting the procurement process by assisting in the acquisition of goods and services necessary for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement procedures and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all purchases align with the companys budget and quality standards. The Procurement Assistant will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery of materials.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
  2. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing.
