Job Description

ZMi Holdings, a leader in offshore marine services, is looking for a Procurement & Logistics Expeditor (UAE National) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to expedite shipments
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or logistical issues
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement timelines, shipping schedules, and supplier performance
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and logistics regulations
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Prepare reports on expediting activities and provide status updates to management
