  • Monitor the process parameters and consumption norms, propose alternative options for efficiency improvement, shift activities, and provide input to expansion project.
  • Identify problems in plant equipment and communicate these conditions to the Plant Maintenance Team.
  • Organize all the historical operational records, collaborates with DCS Software to collect necessary data, prepares and monitors operational trends to assess plant performance, identifies deficiencies, and implements improvements.
  • Supervise all process parameter, provide guidelines to shift crew, and oversees plant personnel performing required daily operations activities.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing manuals, develops and maintains procedures, and serves as a resource to others for various plant auxiliaries including emergency diesel generators, fire-fighting pumps, demineralization plants, air compressors, boilers, natural gas stations, brine sections, electrolyzers, HCl, hypo, flakers, and CaCl2.
