  • Maintain the registration and prequalification with all the current client and handle the full cycle of the registration and prequalification with all new clients
  • Receive the tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI and related correspondence and acknowledges the receipt wherever required
  • Study and understand the technical, financial requests and any other requirements to arrange the final document structure
  • Work with BDM to set the proposed plans that meet with the objectives of the proposal requirements and timeline
  • Mange all the vendor contract documents such as initiating the required purchase order
