Job Description

  • Take off of all quantities related to construction project from initial calculation to the final figures using takeoff software.
  • Sending inquiries to various suppliers /sun contractors and prepare comparison statements (prices & quantities) for different quotations.
  • BOQ Preparation.
  • Pricing civil items and finalize its cost estimate.
  • Follow up the variation orders for the running projects and evaluate them completely (quantities and prices).
