? Bachelor?s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology Systems? 5+ years of work experience in TOS and other Ports-related systems and its integration with other IT systems? Any relevant certifications like PMP or industry-standard certifications are preferred? Should Follow and ensure adaptation of software implementation best practices? Experience in full life cycle implementation, configuration, administration, and postproduction support? Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise or Business Process Modelling? Capable of supporting developers concerning ERP integration, reporting, customization, and extensions? Relevant experience in the Port domain and logistics cluster domain as a functional consultant? Should have good knowledge about the Terminal operating system and other systems related to Ports operation and their integration with other systems including PCS? Should know both the Containerised and Non-Containerised mode of terminal operation? Delivery of Automated Applications to internal units in relation to business requirement and the agreed delivery plans? Provide support through the full cycle of software development from requirements gathering, solution designing, overseeing the development or implementation to delivering the system and conducting the end-user training for mission critical projects related to cluster? To manage the implementation, support and maintenance of TOS (Terminal Operation System) and other Ports related system(s) and its integration with other system for all the existing and future terminals? Ensure that all live applications are maintained as per the best practiced support procedures? Focus on the maintenance, data integrity and administration to all end users on the all applications(s) under his/her portfolio? To make recommendations to improve efficiency of using application? Work closely with our clients, Consultants and demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that Automated Systems and deliverables are of the highest calibre to ensure client satisfaction.? Ensuring the application customer service quality and that customers? expectations are met or exceeded based on the overall IT Application?s strategy.? To Support Ports and Logistics cluster as a functional consultant to deliver largescale, missioncritical, projects.? To work closely with clients, technical and business teams to provide informationand solutions to potential and existing issues.? Should have good knowledge for the Ports operational process (Both containerized and GC) and should be able to improve the process and automate the different processes.? To work closely with PCS team and support their requirements related to TOS/ERP for their different mission critical initiatives
