Maintains highly specialized knowledge of applications used in the AEC industry that includes but not limited to Project Controls, Document Controls, Safety etc. Some of these applications are UNIFIER, ACONEX, ENABLON, ASBUILT VAULT
Provides support in the delivery, administration, customization and maintenance of a these or similar applications.
Provides support in upgrading, modifying or enhancing these or similar applications in the assigned area of expertise.
Guarantees the operability and interoperability of these systems by providing technical oversight of core systems and servers that align with specific products.
May Develop complex workflows to enable these applications usage to meet NTL requirements for collaboration, work sharing
Identifies issues, questions and problems in developing or maintaining these ES systems and works with individual team members and the end users to resolve those issues successfully.
Consults with other members of the respective business functions team to identify and resolve questions, issues and problems related to specific design and engineering applications.
Work with associated vendors for configuration, setup, troubleshooting etc
Would have to work in Shifts where necessary to support a global spread of end users
