About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PLM - Unifier Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracles Primavera Unifier solution.In this role,you will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle,from initiation to post-implementation support.You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define project goals,develop project plans,manage resources,and ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading 3 or more successful implementations of similar PLM or enterprise software projects.
  • SAP - Finance certified professional.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Finance.
  • Excellent presentation,communication,and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst for an SAP S/4 HANA modernization project is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering,Business Administration,Information Systems,or a related field.Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management,with a focus on PLM or enterprise software implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Unifier solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (PMP,PRINCE2,Agile preferred).
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication,leadership,and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities,adapt to changing requirements,and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with other PLM systems and related technologies is a plus.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead PLM projects using Oracles Primavera Unifier from initiation to post-implementation support.
  • Manage all aspects of module installation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives,requirements,and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans,schedules,and resource allocations.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (business users,IT,consultants,vendors).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication.
  • Facilitate project meetings,workshops,and steering committee sessions.
  • Manage project budgets,forecasts,and expenditures.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and share best practices across the organization.
