Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY˙All the below mentioned points to be followed in coordination with the plant operator.

  • Safe Operation of Fork-lift as per the safety & drive requirements per AP & Local regulation.
  • Performing daily packeged gases filling: Cylinders/Packs/Dewars as per production schedule
  • Perform daily prefill/post fill quality checked on finished goods
  • Organizing and securing stored pallets and racks.
  • Loading or unloading materials manually, off or on to pallets, platforms, skids, or Vehicles.
  • Performing routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment.
  • Reporting to Manager regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazards.
  • Consulting, working, and coordinating with supervisors, managers, equipment manufactures, and employees regarding unloading and loading operations.
  • Completing forklift operator training provided.
  • Perform general clean-up tasks to keep work area clean and free of excess debris.
˙˙PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThis position is accountable for the following end results:Compliance with BSP and embrace the safety culture. Full quality awareness. Attend all meetings, presentations, coffee talks, trainings as requested by the line supervisor. Report incidents/ accidents and take immediate actions in the event of an emergency and report in line with procedures. Follow all EH&S training requirements for Make personnel, all equipment, plant performance levels and procedures to ensure that products are delivered to the customer expectations, having met all relevant company and international standards. Notify the maintenance team and help solve problems. Ensure the reliability of supply to customer. Execute supervisor?s direction and provide feedback. Implement new operator training and draft/ update plant operating procedures.˙˙
