Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures in line with the proposal requirements.
  • Develop preliminary schedules and identify project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.
  • Development & Implementation of efficient Planning Functions, such as Work Break down Structure, Master schedule Preparation, Manpower Histograms & Cost loading, Progress Measurement System and coordination.
  • Analyze monthly schedule submittals and prepare input into overall monthly Project reports consistent with the overall Project reporting system.
  • Reviews the Extension of Time (EoT) Claim documents Submitted from the Contractor/Employer and attend workshops with the Engineer in the evaluation and determination of EOT claims.
  • Tender Technical Submission - Collate scope information with Estimation Engineers and Develop Schedules for Tender technical submission includes Method statement, Programme. Ensure the phasing sequence and constructability with respect to Contract milestones.
  • Estimate durations and resource requirements for each project activity
  • Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify potential delays
  • Analyze the impact of changes to project scope, design, or resources on the schedule.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide clear and concise communication on project schedules.
  • Manage the update of project baseline schedule with inputs from stake holders
  • Production of project status reports and management of project dashboards.
  • Presents progress status at meetings.
  • Generate tabular and graphic reports for baseline targets and actual earned values and forecasting.
  • Any other duties as reasonable requested by the line/function manager.
