Must be a Civil Engineer with 8+ years? experience in mixed use Building Projects and Retail Complexes. Preferably working in Client or Consultant firms.Good exposure in managing & evaluating variations, EOT claims / Prolongation cost evaluations, Delay notifications, cost reporting, project final accounts, assessing the delay claims from contractorsCandidate must have a keen eye for details, should be a self-driver individual, must exercise due diligence in all tasks, possess Well-developed interpersonal skills to handle negotiations and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Thorough knowledge of FIDIC based contracts and ability to manage contractual matters is essential. Well versed with Project Programming ,Claim evaluations , Delay analysis,and finalizing variation claim settlements.
