Manage the main P&L KPIs and make accurate forecast and updates monthly to flag out when needed the changes in the company achievements.Control and monitor productivity per sales head.Participate in the monthly BRs to review the performance and to recommend the needed actions to leverage the performance.Manage monthly forecasts for sales and other P&L items in addition to other BS indicators like DSO, DOH & DPO.Monthly reporting to management.Manage the HC together with the HR.Control the profitability of the major customers.
