Work in Company Project locations as directed.2.Carry out laminations in trenches .3.Carry out laminations at height over 3 metres on pipe racks and scaffolding.4.Ensure Personal Protective Equipment provided is used at all times.5.Obtain approval from the Lead Laminator prior to start of lamination after completing the preparatory works.6.Carry out different kinds of lamination .7.Laminate mitered fittings like elbows, tees, wyes, etc.8.Responsible for maintaining the tools and equipment in good condition.9.Carry out housekeeping as necessary and maintain a safe site.10.Learn how to grind and cut pipe using grinders of various sizes with cutting discs.11.Learn how to read piping isometric drawings.12.Learn how to orient flanges to the required settings.13.Learn how to align joints of small diameters of pipe .14.Learn how to handle all tools and equipment safely.15.Should prepare raw materials for piping joints .16.Should know how to Identify different types of resins and additives.17.Learn the functions of different types of additives.18.Should know the different mixing ratios of resins and additives.19.Should know the different types and grades of fiberglass.20.Should know the specification of tools and consumables used for laminations .21.Learn MSDS of chemicals used.
