Job Description

Job PurposeSchedule, coordinate and provide photographic services for all of the Company?s events, locations and as per requirement.Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)? Carryout photography to cover all events organized by the company onsite and offsite and compile all photos and videos taken and archive them systematically to ensure availability of updated photo and video library for future use.? Digitally enhance and edit photos/videos to ensure suitability for publication.? Develop and create themed videos covering conferences and events for availability as per requirements.? Take professional personal photos of senior management team members as per company guidelines for official public use.? Ensure all visual documentation is technically ready for use in different media outlets.? Understand traditional film and digital photography and keep up to date with industry trends, developments and new techniques.? Develop and maintain photo database of employees and senior management members as required and create short movies about company history for official use.? Coordinate and organize work schedules for outsourced photographers during coverage of large events.? Evaluate existing pictures/photos on company website for appropriateness of use and recommend change/ modify/ enhance quality of pictures.?
