  • Create and refine pastry menus inspired by Japanese flavors and techniques, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Oversee the production of pastries, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation aesthetics.
  • Execute traditional baking techniques, including dough preparation, shaping, and decorating, to craft visually stunning and delicious pastries.
  • Implement strict quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of taste, texture, and freshness in pastries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate pastry production, fulfill customer orders, and enhance the caf‚s overall dining experience
