  • Develop unique and creative desserts and cakes that meet global trends matching the restaurant concept
  • Follow work process set by the organization and ensure kitchen staff are compliant
  • Check quality standards of each dessert and or pastry to ensure impeccable appearance of dishes
  • Comply with all sanitary and hygienic standards within confectionary process
