Parts Service Representative | Al Futtaim Automotive | FAMCOOverview of the role:

�What you will do:

Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts & suggesting right parts/add-ons and offer specials to ensure customer is exposed to the full product line for all the brands represented by the company
Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues (EPC)
Advise the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts
Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts or special net prices are performed as per the standard operating procedure�
Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction��
Assist FAMCO Filed Parts Sales teams and Service workshops with their quotations and orders
