Job Description

About the Position:We are currently in need of?Parts Sales Representative?to join our Famco team in Abu Dhabi. As part of our Automotive Parts team, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from parts inquiry up to processing of orders for both walked in and telephone customers.?Specifically, your key responsibilities includes:

  • Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues (EPC)
  • Advise the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts
  • Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts or special net prices are performed as per the standard operating procedure
  • Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
  • Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction???
  • Assist FAMCO Filed Parts Sales teams and Service workshops with their quotations and orders.?????
