Job Description

We are now recruiting for an experienced Parent Relations Executive to join our growing team. As Parent Relations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the school?s administration and admissions team in developing a positively active and strong parent community within CIS. This role extends to our existing parent community as well as prospective families of CIS. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to parents, and promoting the school to relevant stakeholders Managing and developing the school communication channels
  • Assisting in the development of the school?s marketing strategy & management of social media accounts
  • Provide school tours to prospective families
  • Liaise between parents and the school?s leadership and admissions team in scheduling playdates, entrance exams etc.
  • Organizing school open house evenings and assist with other event coordination as required.
